Order Cancellation (Online)
You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting care@padcup.com. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal and hygiene-specific nature of menstrual cups:
- Returns will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.
Offline Purchases
If purchased in-store, please contact the retailer for their return policy. PadCup cannot process refunds for offline purchases directly.
